Cleans very well and the brush looks great.

I urgently needed this brush for my husband and I’s anniversary. So J emailed them asking if I can pay extra for next day delivery and they so kindly told me they would do it at no extra cost as a gift to me and my husband. HOW AMAZING! oh and the brush works great too!
E
Used it on a really filthy braai and it worked really well. I was surprised how easy it is to open and take the roller out. I put it in the dishwasher afterwards, but because my braai was so dirty it didn’t get everything off, perfectly, so I gave it a quick wash by hand and it came out clean. Really happy with it after the first use!
Hi Estian, we’re really glad to hear the FireClean Pro handled such a filthy braai so well! The removable roller is definitely one of those little features that makes cleaning and looking after it much easier. And sometimes after a seriously dirty grid, a quick hand wash is all it needs to get it properly clean again. Thanks for sharing such a detailed first-use experience, we really appreciate the support!
C
Was actually pretty impressed when it arrived. The packaging is really nice and everything was packed properly. Didn’t expect the little thank you card and care guide either, which was a nice touch.
The cleaner itself feels really solid and good quality. Haven’t had a chance to use it yet but first impressions are definitely 10/10.
Hi Janus, thank you for that! We’re really glad you liked the packaging and the little details in the box. We put a lot of care into making the whole experience feel special from the moment it arrives. And it’s great to hear the FireClean Pro itself feels solid and well made. Once you’ve had a chance to put it to work, we’d love to hear what you think!

I just got my order and WOW! I am so impressed with the delivery and presentation of the product! So much effort went into the packaging. I can't wait to try it this weekend! I'm so impressed!
Hi Amanda, thank you so much for the lovely feedback! We’re really glad the delivery and presentation made such a good first impression. We put a lot of thought into the little details because receiving an order should feel just as good as using the product. Enjoy the first clean this weekend and let us know how you get on!

Cleaned my diamond grid well 👍

I ordered the fireclean at 7am and it was hand delivered by the owner of the business at 9am as he lived in the area and chose to hand deliver it. I haven’t seen any online store do that ever super impressed.
F
Cleans like a champ and they delivered it the next day
K
I got the electric cleaner hoping it would assist with general grill maintenance and boy was I impressed.
My grill has always been filthy, we continuously used the onion method and could never ever return our grill to the pristine clean metal that I started with. This machine managed to chew through years of grime and actually get some of that metal gleam back.
I only used it briefly but with enough time and patience I’m sure I can completely clean my grill.
Genuinely would recommend this product for oneself and then as a gift for any braai lover
J
didn't know the roller head comes out so you can wash it, nice suprise, cleans well

I like that its cordless was worried I would have to run an extension across the lawn like a drill
Hi Lerato, thank you. The cordless setup definitely saves you from having an extension lead running across the lawn. We’re glad that convenience has made a difference for you.
M
