FireClean Pro
FireClean Pro uses a rotating 304 stainless-steel roller to loosen and remove built-up grease, carbon and charred residue from suitable cooking surfaces. For best results, use light, even pressure and allow the roller to rotate naturally.
FireClean Pro is designed to remove baked-on grease, carbonised food residue, charred food residue, burnt residue, congealed grease and stubborn marinade or glaze buildup.
Designed for
Stainless-steel cooking grids and appropriate solid stainless-steel cooking surfaces.
Use with care
Cast iron and appropriate heavy-duty cast-iron cooking surfaces. The stainless-steel roller can remove seasoning.
Not suitable for
Porcelain-coated, ceramic, chrome-plated or non-stick surfaces. FireClean Pro is intended for cooking grids and suitable cooking surfaces, not painted, polished or exterior braai surfaces.
Using FireClean Pro
The cooking surface should be warm to the touch, not scorching hot. FireClean Pro works best when grease and residue are warm.
Yes. FireClean Pro can be used on a damp cooking surface. Do not immerse the motor housing in water, and keep the USB-C charging port dry.
A full charge provides approximately 90 minutes of runtime. For best performance, fully charge FireClean Pro before use.
Approximately 2 hours using a 5V / 2A USB-C connection. FireClean Pro should not be operated while charging.
The stainless-steel roller can be removed and rinsed under warm water, washed by hand with dish soap or cleaned in a standard household dishwasher.
Wipe the main unit with a damp microfibre cloth. Do not immerse the motor housing, and keep the USB-C charging port dry.

FireClean Pro includes a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturer defects. Full warranty, returns, repair, replacement and refund terms are governed by The Braai Co.’s published policies.
